Why use MVP?
- We deliver great value for the small and medium sized companies looking for the full benefits of a PET package. Our manufacturing platforms allow for start-up opportunities on a new product concept with single and or two cavity production and can transition into full commercial volume with several options including a full ten head platform. What
style containers do you offer?
- We offer sizes ranging from 2 ounce to 3 Liter mostly in the cold fill category in squares and rounds. The neck finish offerings are geared towards the Portola DBJ closure system. We have invested in preform tooling at varying weights to deliver cost effective packages by optimizing weight. Many square and rounds used in a variety of applications including juices, waters, drinks, milk, sauces and marinades, etc.

How
are the containers packed?
- This is an area we have focused on since we entered this business. Our packaging options range from gaylords and boxes to a more unique pack out option – single tier bags. Single Tier bags offer a clean easy to handle poly bag that is layered with square or round containers in a single layer. These layers can then be palletized or floor loaded cubing out at a higher rate than a traditional pack out option – delivering more units per pallet/truck. The net benefit is a more efficient delivery system, less waste, less cost and less carbon footprint.

Can
your containers be used inHPP systems?
- Many of our containers are currently being used in HPP System nationwide with excellent results. Please inquire about which containers we would reccomend for specific applications.

there a mimimum order?
- Depending on the product we may have a minimum order quantity. We have tried to make this easy to achieve and accessible to anyone interested in our products. Typically, we will set our minimum at one pallet.

you offer preforms?
- We do offer preforms of various sizes,weights, and neck finishes.

Are
you SQF certified?
- The manufacturing plants are SQF certified as well as having IMS certification on many of our product offerings. The plant routinely is inspected and passes at very high grades. Certificates available upon request.

- Most of our containers have been designed or inspired by a customer. This is an area we excel at and always have an interest in discussing.

What
is PET?
PET
is a polyethylene terephthalate.
- It's a plastic resin and the most common type of polyester. Two monomers—modified ethylene glycol and purified terephthalic acid—are combined to form the polymer called polyethylene terephthalate. PET was discovered and patented in England in 1941.

Can
PET be recycled?
PET
can be recycled into many new products.
- It's used to make new bottles, but recycled PET can also be made into fiber for carpets; fabric for t-shirts or fleece jackets; fiberfill for sleeping bags, winter coats, and dog beds; industrial strapping; sheet and thermoformed (clam shell) packaging; and automotive parts such as headliners, bumpers, and door panels.

- Many beverages, food items and other consumer products are delivered in bottles or packages made from PET. The #1 code is usually found on or near the bottom of the container.
